Today, I wanted to take a second to do a few things. Many of you are my good friends & family. I have met some beautiful souls over the past years, and I wanted to say thank you to each and every one of you for your support, love & encouragement. It’s truly been an honor to be part of the special moments in your lives.
 
Second, if you just started following my feed and stories and don’t know who the face behind the scene is, allow me to introduce myself Owner & Makeup Artist Karishma Mehta. My journey as a makeup artist has been an exciting one. I began makeup artistry by helping close friends and family. Somewhere along the way it turned into something much bigger than I ever expected and I’ve loved every bit of it! 
 
5 things about me you didn’t know!

🥳 I am a sucker for seasonal & personalized items, and that includes notepads, stickers, décor even candy! Because of this, and are my happy place in the seasonal section.

🍝I could eat pasta everyday for the rest of my life (vegetarian & gluten free of course)
 
🌊Waterfall, beaches, lakes, rivers basically any water scenery is my calm space.
 
🤓I secretly love the game show network 🙈
 
💕 I recently got married October 2020 to my best friend (eek! Get ready for some wedding content soon!)

What beauty trend did you learn in 2020? 👇

What I’ve learnt about beauty in 2020 is…
Beauty is still really important in 2020. During lockdown a lot of people started to experiment creating cool looks at home. Also, due to having to wear a face mask, people are taking more care on their beauty regimes & INVESTING in good creams, oils & face products to balance the skin.

The big beauty trend in 2021 will be…
Lots of Eye make-up! Bold colors, metallic - eyeshadow & mascara, as well as trying different shapes for applying eyeliner.

My 3-step checklist for satisfied brides:

Did you know your face has more contact with your pillowcase than any other fabric? Well if you want to keep your face looking refreshed, your choice in pillowcase is very important.
Here's 4 benefits of having a good silk pillowcase 👇

Diwali paves the way for togetherness and bonding. It is the festive time of the year to celebrate with your loved ones, make memories especially during these excepitonally challenging times. And that is exactly what happened at this shoot. It brought us creatives together and we surely bonded over this beautiful project and empowered one another with our positivity.
