Ken's Notary
I am a Pennsylvania Commissioned Notary. I have mobile and remote services available.
๐ฅ JUST LISTED... Oh wait, NEVERMIND! Now UNDER CONTRACT in less than a week with MULTIPLE OFFERS! ๐ Congratulations to my sellers, buyers, and the buyer's agent! ๐ก
The market is STILL HOT and prices are NOT going down! ๐ We have a lot of buyers sitting on the sidelines, but many are actively in the market too. With rates holding steady, inventory is increasing, but it won't last long when rates drop.
๐ Marry the home, not the interest rate! I can connect you with knowledgeable lenders who can help you figure out what's best for your situation and look into getting you down payment assistance if needed. There are a lot of programs out there for first-time home buyers.
So, if you're looking to buy or sell, contact me today! ๐ And if you need to sell to buy, no problem, I can handle that too. Let's make your real estate dreams come true! ๐
