Fidel has done a great job recently on several challenging jobs. He is also always working with a smile on his face. His smile is infectious and brings joy to others!

Samuel has shown tremendous leadership in understanding more about labor variances — particularly man hours and drive time. He has applied that knowledge to his work and is more efficient on jobs and actively discusses feedback with CRMs on scheduled job timing.

Jose is being recognized for consistently displaying a positive attitude, enthusiasm to share what our culture means to him on our social media, and for growing into a new role in the company. Jose has accepted taking on new tasks and responsibilities over the winter as we kicked off the season and he has been a pivotal member of our team!
