If you mark a bag “sold” and I invoice you, those invoices are due immediately. If it’s not paid promptly, I move on to the next person. This certainly isn’t personal. It means that in the past 5 years, I’ve had more non-payers that take the opportunity to buy from someone that is ready, so I’ve had to make rules and stick to them.

Shipping is twice a week. If you ordered after Thursday, bags won’t go out until Monday, and bags bought Monday- Wednesday, bags go out on Thursday. I ship roughly 70 packages out a week so I split it this way because it’s just me. 😊

PACKAGES OVER 13” are now charged a surcharge by USPS- this started late last year and I’ve absorbed those additional fees. If you buy bigger bags, your shipping will be more and that’s not in my control. I refuse to mark bags up to make it look like you’re not paying less for shipping 😊

I do NOT sell damaged bags or smoker’s bags. If the bags have any liner marks, any corner rub, etc...it’ll be in the description.

I ran across this picture today. I see his sweet face daily from pictures in our home, but for one to pop up on Facebook is few and far between these days. I always feared the days when the photos stop showing in my memories, as if he never existed, so today was extra special.

It’s not just a heart twinge, or a happy memory, but the bittersweet nudge I get, knowing that our loss, was the reason Sass was born. If you have been around long enough to know our story, you know that this shop was built from grief, anxiety, and blindly seeking some kind of normalcy in our chaotic lives. I’ve always called Sass my sweet distraction from a very painful season, and I never, ever want to not be forever grateful to YOU for being a part of our healing. I remember my first customer that walked through my door, and the last, during the Covid shutdown. And yet, here we are, years later, with y’all never disappointing me, keeping me lifted up, whether you buy an item, like my posts, comment, or call me to see how I am. That is what it’s all about. You did that. Y’all did that. I love y’all, the relationships I’ve made the past 5 years, the growing pains, the memories. Thank you.
