Monday – Friday, August 16-20, 2021

We had so much fun in our first online class that we decided to do another one! Join Marjorie Langston and me for 5 days of MORE Treasures from Glass and Fire where we’ll share lots of tips and techniques for organic designs. Each morning, there will be at least two demos using multiple angles with 4k cameras. The afternoon is yours to work at your torch while we’ll be available to help students individually via text, phone, or video call. In the evenings, the class will meet up online to discuss the day and have show and tell. Our host, Lessonface, will provide professional tech help should you need it. Students will also have lifetime access to the video recordings of the class!

The registration link below includes lots more details. If you have questions or would like to hear from some of our previous online students, just let us know!

It has been a hectic spring so far for me! Lots of travel, shows, and teaching have kept me hopping.

I'm home for a couple of weeks before a marathon of classes and travel in late May and all of June. I hope that means I can get some new things finished up and posted here.

I do want to send out a huge thank you to everyone who came by my booth at the Rocket City Ukulele Festival last weekend! You guys bought bunches of goodies and I greatly appreciate that!

I made a special piece for the ukulele festival's silent auction that features some of my new etched metal work. (Zoom in to see the tropical details!) I've got some crazy ideas for more! 😉

Happy spring!

A huge thank you to all the wonderful people who came to the Downtown Artwalk in Fort Payne this weekend! We met so many fun folks and look forward to returning soon. The Courtyard was a perfect location for my lampwork demonstration. I truly appreciate all the interest and questions. I'm going to have to work hard to replace all the beads and jewelry you folks adopted. I couldn't be happier! I look forward to the next event.

Huge kudos to Victoria Leputa for her excellent work on the Downtown Artwalk. This needs to be a regular event!

I'll be teaching some new-for-me classes at the Folk School very soon. Watch for a post about them in the coming days!
