We have a important couple months coming up with testing around the corner and the summer camp the weekend of July 18th. Time to get up, get motivated and train.
Kyokushin Karate is for everyone, looking to improve your life physically or mentally or just to challenge yourself, Kyokushin Karate is for you. Kyokushin teaches kids self confidence and discipline while learning how to defend there self. Come train Tuesdays and Thursdays Kids classes 7pm until 8pm Adults 8pm to 9pm
