I heard so many "I love you" 's between these two- so stinking happy for you both.

Congratulations, Drew and Madi!

It began at their cabin as we followed this them...all the way to the top of the highest pass in COLORADO.
We knew that Drew was intending to pop the question to Madi. Turns out, Madi was kinda sus of Drew. Luckily, she wasn't suspicious about us... being photographers...following their every move...
He missed a turn in the beginning. But it kinda worked out because we pretended we missed the same turn and nonchalantly asked him if we could follow him since "we've never gone up this way before" (which wasn't a lie! Ha)
They stopped for selfies here and there..and at one of the stops, we got out and even conversated with Madi. She had no clue we were about to be together at the summit capturing their proposal!

Family photos, that is. These kids are growing like weeds and having the bountiful beauty surrounding us here in Montrose and Ridgway- it's such a short trip to get the family out and make memories! Always love photographing this family, and even when the kids don't always want to listen, that's where fun games come in! Poor Charlie skinned her knees and elbow at the end of the evening, though 😢
I hope when seeing her pretty pictures she will cheer up!

When your twin pregnancy becomes high risk, you squeeze in maternity photos! Meghan, one of my longest, sweetest clients, gifted this session for her little sis. Bailey and Bryan ended up having their twins 1 week after these were taken (32 weeks, NICU twins)! Prayers for them are appreciated.
