Cinnamon Bark essential oil, 5 mL
Usher in the season. Cinnamon is THE oil of fall, so add it to your diffuser, your DIYs, your roller blends - even your coffee grounds!
Unwind and relax. Mix 3 drops of Cinnamon Bark oil with some V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex and use it for a warming foot massage. Then put on a pair of soft socks to keep your feet cozy and moisturized!
Spice it up. Make a room spray by filling a spray bottle with 3 ounces of water and 4 drops each of Cinnamon Bark, Clove and Orange essential oils.

Add antioxidants. Clove essential oil is an antioxidant powerhouse!! Clove has an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value of 1,078,700 µTE/100g, meaning it provides your body with a large supply of antioxidants to support health and healing! (To give you an idea of what this means, oranges are rated at 750 µTE/100g, Kale is rated at 1770 µTE/100g.)
Spice up a soak. After a day of outdoor adventures, draw a warm bath, add a few drops of Clove oil to Epsom salt and add to the tub, then allow yourself to sit back and soak up all the health benefits of Clove essential oil.
Feel forest fresh. Add 3–4 drops of Clove to a glass spray bottle to bring in a warm, woodsy scent that simply sings of the outdoors.
