Dermaplaning is done by using a sharp blade to manually shave off the dead skin cells and peach fuzz that lay on the surface of the skin. This results in improved texture of the skin allowing better product absorption and improved makeup application. Many patients worry that hair regrowth will be thicker however this is not the case.

Another case. This patient had a squamous cell carcinoma of his scalp extending to the bone. During surgery we resected with radial margin and outer table of skull. Reconstruction was then done in a second surgery with a scalp flap.

This is the amount of skin we removed from one patient.
The patient had undergone bariatric surgery and had massive weight loss resulting in excess skin. This surgical procedure called a panniculectomy, is similar to a tummy tuck where the excessive skin is removed from the abdomen.

You're not alone. With many unqualified injectors out there, it's hard to find a provider that understands the nuances of how to create a natural looking lip.
Lip fillers should enhance the natural outline of your lips and add volume without being too obvious.
In the above picture there is an example of "Their lips" or lips done by another injector that was very obviously spotted.
The other example is our patient who wanted additional fullness to her lips and had beautiful results. Additional filler can even be added if someone desired a more pronounced look.
It's important to always remember, You can always add more.
