We decided to change it up a bit and make our lunch breaks a bit more productive…… let me explain.

Being as busy as we are and always on the road creating content for our clients, we find ourselves eating out often, more than we would like to admit.

By the time we get home after running and jumping around with camera equipment, and hours in a vehicle…… we’re ready to call it a day……

The other night I found myself scrolling down the worm hole of TikTok and I heard this quote…….

“How can you expect someone to trust you when you say you’ll take care of them, when you’re not taking care of your self”

I felt that.

Myself and Johnny, decided that we should try something new and hold each other accountable.
3 days a week, we take 45min to ourselves.

Today was day 1 at HiiT Fitness Lansing.
It was intense, but it was fun.
And most of all, WORTH IT.

Now, you might ask.
“Why are you posting this on your business page?”

Because we are going to start using our social media to show more of who we are instead of what we are, and more of how we do it instead of what we do.

Our business is all about bringing value to our customers and giving them an unparalleled service.

And we believe we can do that even better when we are taking care of ourselves.
