We’re thrilled to share our first bountiful harvest of cucumbers and banana peppers from our home garden! There’s something incredibly rewarding about growing your own food—it’s healthier, more wallet-friendly, and truly good for the soul. 🌱✨

**Gardening Tip:** For the crispiest cucumbers, water them consistently. Uneven watering can lead to bitter cucumbers. For banana peppers, pick them when they’re bright yellow and firm to ensure the best flavor. 🌶️🥒

**Recipe Idea:** Try a refreshing cucumber and banana pepper salad! 🥗
- **Ingredients:**
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 banana peppers, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Here’s what my first day looked like:

• Morning Tonic: A refreshing start to my day! 🍹
• Breakfast: farm-raised sausage links and fresh strawberries and bananas. 🥣🍓🍌
• Lunch: delicious bowl of Indian chili with fresh scallions
• Dinner: A delicious turkey and Swiss wrap. 🥪. And two hours after that A small glass of white wine enjoyed with friends. 🍷
Snacks: Creamy yogurt with granola and honey.
Every meal today was a step towards a healthier, happier me. I’m committed to making mindful choices, staying active, and embracing the support of this amazing community. 🙌

Tonic Ingredients:

• ½ cucumber
• 1-inch piece of peeled ginger
• 6 mint leaves
