Veterans have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom, often enduring immense sacrifices. Whether in times of peace or conflict, they have selflessly answered the call of duty. As a nation, we must recognize and appreciate their unwavering commitment not just on Veterans Day, but each and every day.

We wanted to thank ALL our Volunteers for helping out this season!

We couldn’t run this season without our Coaches, Referees and Team Managers so we wanted to THANK YOU ALL with a meal from us!

Last night, the Top 2 12U Boys went head to head in an AMAZING Championship! They all played their hearts out and it was CLEAR both teams deserved to be there!

Toxic Tide took the win 🏆 2 - 1 !!

We hope all who were there enjoyed the game! A big thanks to support from the Coaches, Referees and Parents who made this season possible!!

All CURRENT Referees! We are offering a monthly clinic to help with better understanding the game and your role in it. Come with questions, sharpen your skills and show up as a more confident Referee on game day.

👀Keep your eyes peeled for an email regarding the last meeting - and if you are certified and did not get the email, please DM me your email so you can be added to the list!

Unity: We play not just for victory, but for the love of the game and the bond we share as a team. Together, we find joy in every moment on the field. ⚽❤️

Several people have been asking - Yes - we are still playing! The rain is now slated to start in the afternoon. We will make the decision to cancel games IF it starts raining ON the fields. Plan on Playing! And spectators, bring jackets! It's going to be chilly for us Californians hehe!

Our Local Murrieta AYSO is offering ONE MORE Field Portion to the Ref Certification NEXT WEEK!!! Complete the online portion FIRST, then sign up to attend this Field Training!

At AYSO, we pride ourselves in Practicing Teamwork-both ON and OFF the field.

Coaches encourage all members of the team to work together towards the same goal. All players are given the opportunity to play and a positive environment is the desired result.

Parents are volunteering to Coach, Ref, Manage the Team, Play a Role on the Board etc.

The more we Practice Teamwork, the more fulfilling our lives will be.

Kids will all get a chance to have fun, play ball, learn and grow. And the parents will help make that happen with the volunteer roles they play here at AYSO.

- Also! If you have not finished your Referee ⚽ Certification, you're in luck! We have the field portion available tomorrow at Noon! Grab a bite to eat from one of the vendors and head over to finish your certification so you can help out the kids! We can't do this without YOU!

⚽We have a lot of info here for you, and more info still to come! You will find the Picture Day Team Schedule for THIS Saturday Sept 9th. The schedule is done based on your team number. If you are unsure of your team number, please reach out to your coach!

📸PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM ARRIVES 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO TIMESLOT!! We are doing our best to keep this day FUN and as smooth as possible!

🎪We will be having a Season Kick Off Carnival from 9AM-2PM so be sure to come early or stick around to enjoy the fun, games, raffles and food trucks! It's going to be a great day!

⚽️Does your team still need Referees???⚽️
We will be providing another Field Training Portion of the certification from 9:00AM-11:00AM so get your online coursework finished and show up to get certified! If several parents/guardians volunteer, it helps make less work for everyone!

✌️Also - If your team would like to earn an additional 2 volunteer points (these are used towards playoff qualifications), you may put together a gift basket valued at $25+ **Stay tuned for more info regarding this, but if you're interested, have your basket ready by this Friday and be on the lookout for another post regarding this!**

⚽ Instead, we will have Games Under the Lights starting Tuesday Sept. 5th (still at Heritage Lake Sports Park).

⚠Does that mean being naïve to think "bad" or "negative" situations won't arise?

💕No.. it means to show the kids by leading by example - not everything will go their way. There might be a call on the field you don't agree with. Any number of scenarios could prove less than ideal.

👏We have control over our REACTIONS to situations, not always the situations themselves.

🙌Stay Positive and remember why you signed your child up - for them to have fun, play a sport, learn something new, hone in skills, etc.

👍We all have the same goal at the end of the day - try to always keep that in mind!
