New remodeling project done for the beautiful Urrutia's home in Marsh Harbour located in Ponte Vedra, Florida. The photos shown for the "before" is the dining room which was located near the front of the home, where the guests are welcomed. This room was turned into a gorgeous wine room which was meant to exemplify the influential taste from the Urrutia's previous belongings, transformed into a more clean and functional, yet purposeful room.

New project from a house located in Ponte Vedra Florida.
This project took on heavily redoing wall colors, window treatments as well as indoor decor and lighting fixtures. Interiors by Dawn puts extreme emphasis on maintaining connections with local businesses in order to ensure her clients are left with a unique feel in their home. The beautiful circular light fixture pictured below is made out of brushed iron and the detail on the ceiling are beams of reclaimed wood hand crafted and made to enhance the spacial features in the room.
The multiple photographs of leaves placed symmetrically on the wall is purposeful in order to highlight the earthy tones and bring the local beach resident feel in, showing that simple wall decor can even up tones as well as make a smaller space feel neat and cozy at the same time.

Incorporating neutral and earthy colors is Dawn's specialty. Take a look at this beautiful master bedroom renovation in Marsh Landing located in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
This project involved the reuse of some home decor from the client (can you even tell?) which happened to blend perfectly with Dawn's vision for an overall earthy and peaceful space for the home. Living in a gated community, Dawn assured her beach-loving client that she will be left with an escape from reality and a way to feel closer to the shore. Here you can see the details in the lighting have wooden beaded shells that allow the light some room to breathe but also provides the room with a classier beach feel.

Here are the before and after photos from Dawn's project for One Life Health and Performance spa, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Interiors by Dawn won the award for best healthcare office of North East Florida IIDA, Betsy Healthcare Facility Project. One Life is a medical wellness spa which specializes in monitoring your whole well-being and offers different treatments for your health. Some of the treatments offered at One Life are: IV infusions, lab work for the body, botox and hormone injections. What Interiors by Dawn wanted to accomplish with this immense project was to ensure that the atmosphere and overall experience for staff members and visitors to be organic and noticeably refurbished - leaving everyone who enters the facility to feel the fresh, new style that Dawn brought to the area. During the initial stages in developing a plan for the wellness center, there were many things to consider remodeling. Starting the project, not all was glamorous, but it most definitely was shown in the final product how important the changes in details mattered. Focusing on the organic and natural elements of the spa, Dawn put an emphasis on things like wall décor, live plants, calming tones and structuring the remodel to fit the overall aesthetic of the company. You can actually view the “living wall” that was added in the after photos which was an idea that was intended to be recognized for its uniqueness and liveliness that it brings to the environment. Other things worth noting that were redone are the wall colors and the transformation of the previous floors into carpet tiles. What was interesting about this project was that some of the remodeling had to be approved for a commercial space as well as the materials that were used in the design. The carpet tiles were meant specifically for a commercial space that can handle blood and other things that may be difficult to clean in a medical center.

Interiors by Dawn is an interior design business solely created and run by Dawn Elaine DeCray. In 2000, Dawn decided to extend her unique taste in home décor and her eye for completely re-decorating homes to her friends and family in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The small clientele that she initially received is the reason for Interiors by Dawn’s successes today. Still focused in Ponte Vedra Beach, Dawn has transformed countless homes, rooms, restaurants and even business offices. Specializing in beautiful, yet functional rooms, Dawn places an emphasis on kitchens and has been recognized for her strong ability to create great window treatments to enhance the space. Over the years, she has managed to use her eye for color and functionality of spaces to create a thriving interior design business for 20 years, as of this new year.
