We are hiring for a cleaner for one of our luxury apartment communities. The ideal candidate must follow a set schedule to ensure that you they are maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings, elevators, entrances, staircases, trash rooms and community center including all amenities (offices, gym, theater room, etc).

Hours will be from 7:30 am - 1:00 pm (Mon, Wed, Fri)

I am looking for Vacant apartment cleaners to work flexible hours Monday - Friday in Newport News, Virginia Beach, and Norfolk area.
Cleaners are required to have the following:

Reliable transportation
A working phone for communication
A Flexible Schedule
Cleaning experience

Pay will be a base amount per unit and paid bi-weekly This position will be 1099 at the end of the year.

Follow a set schedule to ensure that you are maintaining the cleanliness of the buildings (elevators, entrances, staircases, trash rooms) and community center including all amenities (offices, gym, theater room, etc).
Supplies will be provided by Vacant King.

Hours will be from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
Not including holidays
