This was a one story boat house (boat garage) with a small living quarters up front.
Total restructured and turned it into a floating home with second story and arched roof.

We built this about 20 years ago. 98 steps, 6 landings, a deck half was down and a dock.
Most of it is anchored into the rock wall using tension cables.

We custom built these doors to separate dinning room from walk in pantry.
Made 3x3 walnut blocks that vary from 3/8"' to 1 3/8" then attached them to door panels we built. The hardest part was building a pattern that didn't look like a pattern while also making sure no equal sized blocks touched.
Took Iain and I a full day to lay them out then another day to attach them
