Oliver Mossi cut his teeth negotiating multi-million-dollar deals with major studios, networks, and top-tier actors during seven years as a talent agent, employed by one of the leading agencies in the world. His seasoned roster of skills rolled adeptly into a successful second act in real estate, where for the past 10+ years he has sold luxury properties all over Southern California.
Oliver has represented all property types in various price ranges, from a starter condo in West Hollywood for under 200 thousand dollars to a mega-mansion in Brentwood Park for over 17 Million dollars and everything in between. As a valued agent-associate of the dynamic Ernie Carswell & Associates team at Douglas Elliman, he’s set record-breaking sales in multiple neighborhoods across Los Angeles, and is continually called upon as a trusted real estate advisor to this clients.
With a reputation for superior service and utmost discretion, Oliver has had the pleasure of assisting a discerning clientele comprised of celebrities, entertainment industry icons, trust and estate attorneys, as well as international buyers and sellers. He has orchestrated the purchase and sale of the most sought after properties in Southern California, and along the way, built long-term relationships with everyone he assists.
A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, Oliver received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While in college, he interned for two Congressmen, and held elected offices representing the Student Body in the two key committees of Academic Affairs and Campus Development.
