How to save yourself another pointless guilt trip | Psyche Guides 02/04/2021

I have found myself having feelings of guilt from not appearing to 'perform optimally' in my everyday life since becoming more isolated and emotionally affected by the pain and suffering of so many in the world. Here is an interesting read. https://psyche.co/guides/endlessly-beating-yourself-up-wont-help-anyone

A lot of people ask me what they can do as individuals or families. Small changes can add up in terms of your personal carbon footprint. Personal changes are not *the only* answer, but they are part of a larger solution which must involve change at *every level of society,* individuals included.

I suggest adding one or two changes at a time until they become habitual, then add more. Trying to change everything at once often leads to burnout and reverting back to previous lifestyle habits. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

Neat find about what a person could do about Climate Change. Thanks for sharing it Andrew.
