I often says this to my clients! We have to go within, do the dirty work, get to the root cause and face it so it can be acknowledged and released..otherwise we are just constantly wasting energy trying to escape it! Escape comes in many forms, including always looking for something outside of ourselves to magically "heal" us. When we are joyful within, the outside becomes easier to manage..
