Responsibilities:
This job position is responsible for performing tune ups, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing units. Using software app to bill, report and summarize finished jobs.
Qualifications and Physical Capabilities:
• Previous experience in HVAC, Ductwork, or other related fields: 3-5 years’ experience (Preferred).
• Familiarity with HVAC, Duct, RTU and mechanical plans.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Work skillfully with tools, duct materials and machines.
• Must own Vacuum pump, digital gauges, leak detector, hand tools, manometer (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of the process in how air conditioning works (superheat and sub-cooling, Air flow and static pressure, Low voltage wiring, Smoke detectors and key stations.)
• Perform a variety of duties that may change often.
• Know Florida state and local codes.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds frequently.
• Climb and maintain balance on high ladders, scaffolds, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Must not be afraid of heights and ok with roofs.
