This apron was made for special instafriend Niki as a little gesture of appreciation for all she has been teaching:) Be sure to follow along on their family’s journey as multiple generations develop land in TN, prioritize and share animal care, and make homemade reuseables. 🎉💕
🐓 Fabric tip: I like to use lots of patterns and colors so that as the apron gets stained up, the stains blend into the pattern better than a solid color:)

🐓 What inspired this apron hobby? For the past 25 years, Ive been wearing an apron daily. Then while fabric shopping, I came across a fabric with aprons on it that inspired making an apron. An apron, made out of apron fabric! I’m corny! 😋🌽
🐓 Made a pattern out of my favorite salon apron that was about 20 years old:) This has become my signature design. Then as you scroll pics on this page you will notice lots of modifications:) So many ideas and not enough time!
🐓 That’s why I’m slowly going back through my phone and uploading the ones that have been saved on my camera roll. Most of them are ones that have been given as gifts. Each one learning something new and honing skills.
