Brisket trimmed and prepped for Traeger Grills for an OVERNIGHT SLOW SMOKE for Memorial Day Feast.
Rub this time was Todd's Premium Foods Cajun & Crushed Red Pepper, Lola's Fine Hot Sauce Seasoning, McCormick Spice Dark Chili Powder, Black Pepper…Will sprinkle Cookies Bar "B" "Q" Sauce Flavor Enhancer at start of smoke.
Rub is on meat and in refrigerator until tonight.

Had hankering for something sweet…So, threw some Fareway Stores Vanilla Wafers, Frozen Bananas, a little milk in a bowl and put in Microwave for three minutes. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! It was AWESOME!

When fresh asparagus is .98 /lb at Fareway Stores…You load up and start enjoying! Asparagus, smoked cheddar brat omelet…topped with Lola's Fine Hot Sauce seasoning. Used pan with olive oil & butter…zapped asparagus & sausage in microwave for 30 seconds before mixing in eggs.
BTW….To answer your question…sale on asparagus ends TODAY…March 30th.
When asparagus is .98 a pound…YOU LOAD UP! 5 lbs for under $5…THANK YOU VERY MUCH…not worth the hassel of trying to get it to grow at this price!

Leprechaun ☘️ managed to NOT mess up Slow Cooker Corned Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions &…of course…cabbage. Cooked all together EXCEPT cabbage. We took meat out after 6 hours and put in warmer…threw cut up cabbage in liquid with all the other juice for an hour…this might be the hot ticket👍
Corned Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions & cabbage came out pretty good! Think I’ll let the Leprechaun do it again next year!
And, now…we wait for the magic Crock Pot Leprechaun to turn this piece of raw meat into delishious Corned Beef with potatoes, carrots & onions ☘️ Cabbage goes in later…Hope it’s Magically Delicious!
YES, you CAN grill salmon from frozen on Traeger Grills…Sprinkle heavy with Canadian Steak Seasoning…ABOUT 400F for about 7-8 minutes…flip for about 5-6 minutes. Cooked until internal temp was 140F. Had leftovers that were AWESOME out of refrigerator, too!

Coated with Duke's Mayonnaise and sprinkled with Cookies Bar "B" "Q" Sauce Flavor Enhancer & Lola's Fine Hot Sauce Seasoning.
225F along with ribs on Traeger Grills. Put it in after a little more than an hour after ribs started…Should be done about same time.
EMERGENCY! I just ran out of Cookies Bar "B" "Q" Sauce Flavor Enhancer! Thank goodness there was enough left for the ribs today BEFORE they went on smoker!
Simplest St. Louis Style ribs we’ve ever done…Cookies Bar "B" "Q" Sauce Flavor Enhancer and placed on 250F Traeger Grills…Tented with foil after a couple hours when meat got to 175 degrees…couple hours later they were done…203 F…and, they were AWESOME👏🏆
Used Northern Lights Pizza Amazing Garlic Butter Sauce INSTEAD of butter & oil to fry eggs this morning. Over toasted rye & muffin half. 👍👏🏆
Machine Shed Restaurant recipe for meatloaf that uses Rolled Oats instead of bread crumbs or stuffing cubes…The one on the left doesn’t have celery, red or green peppers…the two on the right have EVERYTHING, with extra Worcestershire, oats and large pieces of all the goodies 😁!

Spread Buggles on foil lined pan…drench/Drizzle with Butter Pecan Syrup…put in oven 340f oven for 5-10 minutes…until the syrup is bubbling…dizzel syrup again and another 5-10 minutes. Remove and let cool (I put the outside for a while) then get ready to enjoy!

New York Strip Steaks (which were ON SALE BIG TIME a few weeks ago) IN THE OVEN!
Seared for a few minutes on each side in butter…Then put whole pan in 400F oven for 8 minutes…OMGoodness this came out good. This might be the hot ticket during the winter if you don’t want to fight weather when grilling👍👏🏆.
