Evie Jane Galloway, born Tuesday morning, August 20th. 7 pounds, 4 ounces & 19". First child to Sidney Jr. & Carly & our (Sidney Sr & Kim) 6th grandchild. . . . first of our grandchildren to be born locally (Winter Park). . . great memories for us (me, Sidney) taking us/me back to when our sons were born in Houston... Winter Park Advent Hospital - a super fantastic facility with most excellent employees!

Our Story
Sidney and Kim have been selling homes in Central Florida since 1997, when Sidney was first licensed. In 1998 Sidney earned his Broker’s license. A few years later Kim left teaching in Seminole County Public Schools to work in residential real estate full-time. Three sons were raised here in Central Florida including High School, University and Graduate School. One son with an MBA from UCF, one with a Master’s from Univ. of Florida, and one with an MBA from Rollins. Most our our real estate business comes from referrals: referrals from past and present customers and referrals from other real estate professionals. The business includes listing and marketing for sale homes and working with home buyers. Also, the real estate business includes relocation customers and a good number of international customers. As a husband-wife team and as full-time Realtors we feel that we offer excellent service supported by experience and professionalism. During these +20 years Kim and Sidney have shown over 30,000 homes and have sold hundreds of homes while working with over 1,500 customers. Kim and Sidney personally handle the details of each transaction including actually getting out and showing homes, meeting appraisers, attending inspections. staying on top of marketing for listings, holding open houses and communicating with customers.
