2023 Online Auction
The Annual FRPA Foundation Silent Auction will take place August 21-28, 2023. This year the final day of the Online Auction will coincide with the Annual Conference to encourage participation.
FRPA Foundation Silent Auction Rules
1. Bids must be made between 9am on August 21, 2023 and 9pm on August 28, 2023. Bids made before or after these dates/times will not be eligible to win. (times are Eastern Standard Time)
2. Your bid must be in the comments on the picture of the item you are trying to bid on. It cannot just be a comment on the album or on the page itself.
3. If your bid is the winning bid, you will be notified via private message to your Facebook account. It is your responsibility to check this.
4. Bids must be in whole dollar amounts.
5. The closing date and time is August 28, 2023 at 9pm (EST). NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Payment arrangements must be made with the FRPA office within 2 business days of items closing. If this is not the case the item will go to the next highest bidder.
7. Items will be mailed via US Postal Service by September 2nd, so long as payment has been received.
8. Comments containing bids must be visible, meaning you cannot hide your comment from the public. Hidden comments will not qualify as a legitimate bid.
