Kitchen and family room update, we worked around the kitchen layout keeping the flooring, and tweaked what we could to make this space feel more open and connected to the rest of the house. It is amazing what removing a small section of wall, giving a doorway some height and just slight move the refrigerator did to this space. Proving you don’t have to complete rearrange a space to make it better, especially when the budget matters.

Part of a recent remodel we just finished was this great family room fireplace redo. We designed and custom built the fireplace surround to fit the space, removed the raised brick hearth and replaced with a carrera marble tiles and a coordinating brick mosaic on the face. The whole house was updated with new paint and added crown molding to add to our clients wishes to create a New England flavored design.

Rapid Skateboards in Simi Valley are open for business! This was such a fun project for us to be part of, we love how it all came out, from the custom built exposed edge plywood furniture and merchandise displays to the lighting.

Updating a precast fireplace today oaks

14 days and a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, copper plumbing, mini split A/C and heat units, interior and exterior doors. Check out the before and after pictures!

The temporary framing is going up to keep the house livable while the kitchen and living areas are going through a big transformation.

Almost complete!

Kitchen breakfast nook 💕 still one of my favorite eat in kitchen transformations. The custom built-in bench is constructed like a sofa for super comfort. Reused table and recovered the chairs and had new Roman shades made.

A few more days and this bathroom will be ready 🚿 🧼
