Amazing volunteers from the community, including Evergy and Hill’s Pet Nutrition , teamed up with our Street Reach crew, planted some beautiful flowers at the Hope Center, and tackled some much-needed cleanup. Today, we were honored to host City of Topeka Government staff, Robert Perez - City Manager, Rhiannon Friedman - Planning & Development Department Director, and Carrie Higgins - Housing Services Division Director.
We were able to share about the impactful work of TRM and tour some of our facilities. We so appreciate them taking time out of their day to spend with us!

We were thrilled to join the Community Change Panel discussion at the United Way of Kaw Valley Campaign Ambassadors Training! Along with Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library and Topeka Housing Authority, we had the chance to spotlight our impactful work and emphasize the crucial role of relationships and collaboration in driving community progress. It was great to connect with ambassadors from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, CoreFirst Bank & Trust, and City of Topeka Government.

Day Two of our second-floor Hope Center renovation with the FHLBank Topeka was fantastic! 🎉 Today, we painted the walls and finished laying flooring in all the rooms. The transformation is coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait for our guests to see the final results. A huge thank you to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka for their incredible support.
