A leak at the base of a 2nd story post led to rot on the corner of an apartment building.

Installed this interior door the owner bought for $1.

Replaced a Railroad Tie stairway with composite stairs, concrete landings and a descending gravel walkway. A small railing is due to follow soon.

Some skirting repair. There was a hole there allowing critters to enter and nest in the insulation... Put a stop to that. No worries. I "shooed" 'em out first.

Full on tile job today. The bathroom is beautiful.

Ahhhh, Friday night. You husbands lay back and have a Miller Lite. (er 2). You wives jot down that Honey-do list. THEN tomorrow go to a movie, have dinner and rest well because you KNOW calling Cam's Home and Office Repair on Monday is the way to go!
