When someone is dismissive of your feelings, they are not YOUR person. They do not want you. Sat with that experience. Check your emotions. Ask yourself how that feels. Sit some more. Then decide your next move because you are worth better than someone who tells you they do not care about your feelings. It may mean a conversation. Counseling. Separation.
But a change needs to happen. Quickly versus sitting for months, or years. You decide how you want to feel in your relationships.

♥️♥️♥️♥️💯🙏🏾‼️ I thank God for my man. Support doesn’t just come from a man however or a romantic partner for that matter. The support we receive from our company’s leadership is blessed from the CEO throughout the entire company! I have never felt this from a corporate position of which I’ve spent 25+ in managerial roles doing stuff I didn’t enjoy. Leading a team off open minded self driven business owners is something entirely different.
Growing as a team has made us a family.
