Providing social and physical activities for children and adults with cognitive and/or physical disabilities. EEK Fitness is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
Offering dance, yoga, bowling, Aikido, art, basketball, arts and crafts, fitness, and more. EEK Fitness is dedicated to providing exercise classes, sport programs and social activities for children and adults with disabilities. We seek to eliminate the physical and societal barriers that exist for the special needs population by providing quality programs. Our sports activies promote physical fitness and our classes teach new skills while providing a social experience along the way.

EEK had 7 bowlers that went to the Carol's kitchen bowling tournament at Morongo yesterday. Some of our friends won terrific raffle prizes. Congrats to those who participated.
