This month, help give a voice to the voiceless! Support our fundraiser to get communication iPads to the non-verbal, graduating students of The Childrens Guild of PG and Cedar Lane Schools. As these students transition out of the school system and into adult-aged programs, they have to leave their school-issued communication tablets and other assistive tech behind with very rare exception. Our very own CEO, Nkiruka Elizabeth Ucheya was honored at the 2024 Uplift Awards Dinner for her founding Renoxx Caregivers and providing quality care services to the intellectually and developmentally disabled community for over 15 years. This honor involved naming one of the events highest awards after her: The Elizabeth Ucheya Community Champion Award which was given to Aba Akanni for over 16 years of outstanding educational service to the neurodivergent community.

A very special congratulations to our very own Yvonne Wimberly for winning the Joy Arungwa Lifetime Achievement Award recognizing over 50 years of service to and advocacy for the developmentally and intellectually disabled community!
