When a kitchen/living room/dining room renovation makes it feel like walking in to a brand new home 😊🏠 we had a lot of fun working with these homeowners, and we love the new look!

Raised ceiling in the living room, added shiplap, remove paneling/wallpaper, updated kitchen cabinets, fireplace brick alterations, removed carpeting and layers of flooring and added hardwoods throughout, new trim, new kitchen window, new exterior doors, updated lighting including recessed lighting, ceiling fan, walls painted throughout, and new barn sliding doors.

The build is complete 👍 1,100 square feet, one bed, 1.5 bath, with a partially finished basement. Thank you to all of our partners in helping bring this project to life, from the ground up, and a big thank you to the homeowners for putting their trust in us to get the job done, and done right! 🏠

Guest and master bath renovations 🛁🚿✨

A recent siding project we completed. We love this color the homeowners chose. We also replaced the deck in the front of the home with composite decking and vinyl handrails, and replaced the large bay window.

It's amazing the difference a facelift can provide to a home.

In this home we took down a particle board panelled ceiling in the kitchen/living room area and replaced it with white shiplap, removed kitchen cabinets and replaced them with updated shaker style cabinets, replaced the sink with an industrial style farmhouse sink, built a kitchen island with butcher block style tops, replaced counter tops with butcher block style tops, updated flooring throughout the kitchen/living room area, and replaced the sliding glass door.

This house 🏚️ was in pretty rough shape, but, with some work, has been brought back to life, and can now truly be called a home 🏠
