However, Mark knew exactly what would be needed to fix it and tried everything within my budget to resolve that issue (even giving me a warranty on the labor which I had to use multiple times) and when it exceeded my financial constraints, he promptly let me know rather than trying to overcharge me or push the more expensive solution. Welp... we gave it our best shot.

We had temporarily tried "banker's hours" (9AM-6PM) for the months of June and July to see if it made a difference. Not enough of a difference to torture ourselves with 40 hour work weeks.

We are open for computer repair drop-offs from 12PM to 6PM Monday through Friday!! - Mark & Paul

I see our reputation is preceding us. 🤣

Every so often, we get a call from the same customer, for the same issue. We log in remotely, fix it in literally 5 seconds, and she's on her way.

To us, the browser window needs to be moved up a little bit, or the window maximized, because the bottom part of the window has become hidden behind the taskbar.

To her, the browser's bottom navigation (scroll bar) has disappeared. It prevents her from properly navigating obituaries of her lifelong (85+ years) friends, and the online newspaper comic she reads to cheer herself up.

We secretly really like it when she calls us. We like knowing she's doing OK, and asking if she needs anything even if it's not computer-related.

Take care of your elders, you'd want the same.
