I can’t tell you how many times I have heard “keto isn’t sustainable”. Fueling my body with healthy whole foods isn’t sustainable?

I’ve been living a keto lifestyle since 2017. Keto has helped me lose 73 pounds and keep it off!

There are many people who start keto because they want weight off quickly. They want a “quick fix”. Well, the truth is if people go back to the same habits they had before trying keto, the weight is going to come right back on.

You need to change your habits. You need to focus on being consistent and fueling your body with Whole Foods, working out, and having a healthy relationship with food. Doing these things helps weight burn off and STAY off!

I’m not saying I don’t enjoy a good “cheat meal” here and there. I still enjoy life! But 98% of the time I stick to keto because it’s what makes my body feel its best! Keto IS sustainable when you make it your lifestyle.

Omg!!! I am ADDICTED to this seasoning. I have had my eye on this seasoning at and finally decided to get it. I seasoned shrimp for my salad, popped them in the air fryer, and put them on top. 🤤 If you have not tried this, you need to! I don’t think I can have shrimp any other way.

The slightest change makes a salad completely different. You can add any seasoning to olive oil and vinegar, to make a homemade dressing.

When we want to make a change it’s because we get an idea or see something that we want to do.

When I was younger, I watched all of these figure skaters on tv and always had a want to learn how to figure skate. I went out and purchased brand new figure skates. I bought a skate bag for my skates, the guards to protect my blades, tights, the skater jacket, and boy did I look the part. I invested in a coach to help me learn and I was ready for the Olympics (before I wasn’t) the motivation burned out. It became more challenging as I progressed to harder things. I fell a few times. The money invested was becoming too much, and before you knew it my figure skating dream was a thing of the past.

Fast forward to when I started a keto lifestyle. I had the motivation. I did my research. I took it a day at a time. I started to see progress. I felt great and started becoming the best version of myself. My choice to follow a keto lifestyle became a habit. It was something I woke up and followed every day. It was something I planned my meals. Each week I had my meal plan, I went grocery shopping for the things I needed and planned ahead.

The key to success is to make it a part of your every day routine. Continuing to do something until it’s your “new norm” keeps you on the track for success. I used a habit tracker when I first started out because it made me aware of just how long I was sticking to the habit.

How do you track a new habit?

Deciding to make a lifestyle change doesn’t mean you aren’t beautiful or you’re not “worthy”. You decide to make a lifestyle change because you want to become the best version of yourself and build a love for yourself.

When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Do you point out every flaw or do you say WOW! I look and FEEL great. If you point out your flaws, what is it that you would change about yourself? Think about the time you felt like your “best self”. What made you feel that way? Write it down, and then write the steps you need to take to get to your best self.

Don’t change your life for someone else because you my dear are already beautiful and worthy! Make a change because you want to be the best version of YOU!

Hey There!

My name is Danielle. I live in sunny Florida! I am a mom of one little boy. I am a Certified Keto Coach and have been following a ketogenic lifestyle since 2017!

Since I was younger, I have always struggled with my weight. I wanted to do something about it, so I decided to start keto after hearing about people’s success stories. I started seeing success immediately, and continued my research on how to make this lifestyle change sustainable long term. I lost 55 pounds, before getting pregnant with my son. Health and wellness are very important to me, and my mission is to help others with the knowledge and experience I have accumulated over the years of doing keto.

Post pregnancy I have lost 73 pounds of baby weight, and I am continuing on my journey towards being my best self.

I follow total carbs, staying at under 30-35 Total Carbs per day, because I realized that is when I feel best.
