Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position requires the applicant to be over 21 with a clean driving record. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Duties:
- Pick up and deliver Equipment and Supplies to shop and job sites
- Support for crews when needed
- Tow Trailers to job sites

Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of hooking up trailers and towing

-Able to follow directions and retain information
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Fleet Manager-
Trucks - Trailers - Equipment
Manage the purchase, sale, registration, Inventory, GPS tracking, schedule maintenance and repairs, assist mechanic with work order organization and reconciliation, DMV appointments, Motor Carrier Permit renewals, Doors reporting, FMSCA quirries, New Hire MVRs, and work with insurance brokers to maintain accurate Coverage.

Safety Manager-
Designing effective safety programs, monitoring safety compliance and reporting safety issues and progress to superiors. Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, manage evaluated performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments. Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs. Familiar with Osha and ISnet.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail

Wage: Starting at 20Hr. Waged to be determined by skill and experience.

We are a family owned busy General Engineering company. One of our chickadees is flying the coup so we need to find the perfect person to fill her position.
