When we see reviews like this, it kinda hits a little different.
We WELCOME constructive criticism. We have team meetings on Tuesdays and go over how we can do better. And yes, there might be a mistake here and there, and we are happy to fix our wrong doings. We pride ourselves on customer care and busting through a busy lunch rush.

With that being said. I will defend that we are not slow by any means. We practice timing and flow regularly. Please keep in mind that if the lobby “looks empty” it doesn’t mean we don’t have a stack of phone orders currently being worked on. (When this review was made, we were working on a 35 person SR Fire Department order that had just got called in)

Here are ways to help you get your orders quicker:

✨Call before lunch hour
✨Let us know the specific time you need to pick up (most likely we can accommodate)
✨larger groups give us minimum an hour if not the day before
✨lunch rush starts at 10:30am, slows down around 1:30pm
