The most amazing part of my career is the people I get to meet. I have had the pleasure of seeing families expand, children grow, and the many experiences each family has. I am so blessed to get to be part of it all.

Always happy to close a deal but this one was special. Last year a very unreasonable owner refused to deal with a major inspection issue even after being under contract for top dollar. The best solution was to walk away even knowing how tight the market was. I often remind clients to be patient because I’ve never not found the right property with them (it’s teamwork) and it always just works when it’s meant to be. This one was meant for them, a full renovation and they even got to pick many of the finishes and a better deal, too! Genuinely so excited for this sweet family!

So much joy having everyone under one roof! Merry Christmas from our house to yours.

Day three of my gratitude countdown and it’s my father’s 84th birthday! So incredibly grateful for my father, the anchor of our family. He’s been not only a wonderful dad but an amazing role model. I know how lucky I am to have him with us! We love you beyond measure, Dad!

Day 2 of my gratitude countdown of 2023. Beyond thankful for all of my wonderful clients. I’ve had the pleasure of helping original owners of 40+ years watch their well cared for homes move onto young families just starting out. I’ve helped many relocate out of state and others get settled into our beautiful city. I love getting to share in these huge life moments!

There are 31 days left of 2023, which I plan to focus on all the positive people around me. Today started the sorting of gifts for the 800+ families St. Louis Catholic Church provides for during Christmas. These three amazing ladies are our fearless leaders and work endless hours preparing for this multi week event that help so many. Thank you, Mayra, Cacha, and Claudia!
