There's a first time for everything and for Aunt Mimi, that's playing at a food store as we will be performing at the Assabet Co-op Market in Maynard on Thursday, November 2nd -- 5:00--7:00 PM
Come on down, grab a fresh, brewed cup of coffee and a snack or how about grocery shopping while listening to live music? The store is new and impressive and we are looking forward to the experience. A splendid time is guaranteed for all!

Keeping up with our recent reputation of last minute Mimi, looks like we'll be performing at this year's Bolton Fair after all. Due to a cancellation, Aunt Mimi will be filling the Sunday, August 13 -- 3:00-5:00 p.m. slot inside the pavilion tent. We always enjoy playing the fair so hope to see some familiar faces. (yes, those are old photographs)

They might start calling us Last Minute Mimi. Due to a cancellation, we've been offered to play this Saturday, July 8th in Hudson in front of the Town Hall as part of the Hudson BID Summer Concert Series 78 Main St, Hudson, MA. Derm and I have accepted that offer and will be performing from 5:00 - 8:00. Although with all the rain we've been having, being cancelled is always a possibility. Fingers crossed that doesn't happen and we hope we'll see you there!

When one door closes, another one often opens. Today our performance was canceled due to rain which was also the case for Arlington's Porch Fest. Their rescheduled rain date is tomorrow, Sunday the 18th and we've been invited to play on porch 105 at the home of Mary Babic at 23 Crescent Hill Ave, Arlington, MA. Thank you Mary for inviting us! It's short notice but Mary says anyone is welcome to attend.

So it is official, this afternoon's performance has been canceled. Both the Hudson BID (Business Improvement District) and Aunt Mimi have agreed that it would not be wise to proceed with outdoor music this afternoon. The radar shows steady rain for later this afternoon along with the potential for thunderstorms. We would like to thank all those who planned on coming today and hope we can entertain you some time in the near future.

There's a good chance that the weather will not be cooperative tomorrow which may force us to call off our Hudson outdoor concert. We will put a post out no later than noon as to whether we play or have to cancel. We hope we'll get the chance to perform some other time should things not work out for tomorrow.

Aunt Mimi along with Uncle Steve (sorry, couldn't resist) will perform at the Hudson Business Improvement, District Downtown Music Series. Saturday, June 17th -- 5:00-8:00 PM -- In front of the Town Hall, Hudson, MA.

Talk about last minute. We were just contacted by the Emerald Rose in Billerica that Aunt Mimi will perform there tomorrow evening (Saturday, March 25th) due to a cancellation. Boy, did I screw up! Got the time wrong for todays performance at The Bolton Fair. We are performing in the Pavilion Tent from 3:00-5:00 p.m. My apologies if this alters anyone's plans.

We've been informed that our upcoming gig at Frolic & Detour on Saturday, July 9, has been canceled. The restaurant has decided to suspend all musical entertainment for the summer. We hope they will have us back when music resumes in the fall.

We're going to give this another shot. Only this time it is brunch at Frolic & Detour, this Sunday, June 26 -- Noon to 3 pm. Frolic & Detour - 3 Nagog Park - Acton MA

Unfortunately we were informed by Frolic & Detour that due to this being a holiday weekend, they have decided to forgo musical entertainment tonight and tomorrow night. So please, don't drive there tonight hoping to see us because we will not be there. We apologize for this last minute cancellation and hope you will come and see us when we play here again on the 9th of July.

Love this time of year. The flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping and Aunt Mimi is preparing to get back out on the circuit. It's been more than two years since we've had the chance to perform at an indoor venue and we are excited that the new establishment in Acton, Frolic & Detour has given us that opportunity.
