AIRCRAFT

The steps for upgrading AC (Aircraft) are as follows:
1. Format an SD card and copy only two files into it "ModelX.uav" and "upgradeProfile.json".
2. After 1 minute of powering on the aircraft, insert the SD card into the aircraft.
3. If the aircraft's front arm light flashes blue and the rear arm light flashes green, it means that it has entered the upgrade mode, usually for 15 minutes.
4. Wait for the upgrade process, until the arm light stays on, it means the upgrade is successful.
If the upgrade fails, you may see the red light on the arm light blinking slowly.

REMOTE

The steps for upgrading RC (Remote Controller) are as follows:
1. Format a flash drive and only put RC79.uav into it.
2. Turn on RC and wait for 1 minute and then insert flash drive.
3. Click "Confirm" to enter the upgrade interface, and then click "Update All".
4. Wait for the progress bar to scroll to 100%, restart RC, and check whether the RC version has been successfully upgraded to the target version.
5. If the upgrade fails, unplug the USB disk, restart RC, and upgrade again.

This past Thursday a nightmare struck our upstate South Carolina community. One of our Oconee County Sheriff's Office - SC deputy's, Lucas Watts, was shot in the line of duty. was rushed to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where at the time of this post, he is a miracle in God's hands and continuing to hold strong.

Thursday night, like most of us in the LE community, we were glued to our phones trying to get updates from the dozens and dozens LE folks at the hospital holding vigil and support. That's when we learned of the children in the oncology ward at the children's hospital looked out and saw our first responders. What we didn't know was every Thursday evening, the children get a special delivery of donuts and a gift from a local memorial non-profit, . We learned these sweet babies decided to send their donuts down to the first responders holding vigil. 💙

This morning on a quick call with Dalen at Lazer Werk, we made a plan to support these children thru this organization. We know Lucas will be happy with this.

Our goal is to help provide weekly gifts to accompany their donuts! We have started an Amazon Wish List for toys and items recommended. If you wish to give, we would be so grateful, and I promise these children will.

Adam has more than 33 years of emergency services experience and 27 years of experience. He possesses an extensive range and depth of knowledge in law enforcement, security operations, and UAS flight operations. He serves as the chief consultant designing
custom professional training solutions and emergency response programs for both government and private entities alike. Adam
specializes in workplace violence prevention, custom mitigation solutions and complex UAS flight program management. He is a certified level 3 thermographer, thermography instructor, licensed , UAS remote
pilot and instructor providing both training and operational support to clients. He provides expert witness services and maintains an array of emergency services certifications and licenses to best serve his client base.

Adam has broad experience in law enforcement including tactical response team operator, uniformed services supervisor, investigative supervisor and he served as the of a large regional response team for over 10 years. Adam has commanded many large scale responses and was responsible for directing multiple special programs for the Wilmington Police Department, in Wilmington Delaware. These include the Response Program, and UAS Flight Program. He has conducted and supervised complex investigations for both internal and external sources. As a UAS Team Commander, he was responsible for significant aspects of mission planning and ex*****on. Adam also has deep roots in the security industry and has been recognized as a subject matter expert on active shooter prevention, countermeasures and UAS flight
operations. He does consulting for many private sector corporations and government entities by conducting site assessments, custom workplace violence prevention training and security procedure writing and compliance. Adam provides consulting services for companies looking to integrate UAS flight operations into their security response programs or law enforcement operations. In addition to being an experienced UAS pilot, he is a credentialed instructor with a track record of success. He has served as the Co-Chair of Operations for the State of Delaware UAS Training and Certification Steering Committee proving guidance to Delaware public safety agencies. Adam has served on federal sUAS working groups for public safety and been called upon as an expert on UAS operations by local and national media outlets.
