The Roussell Street Bridge (located at 7891 Main Street) will be closed for repairs from 6 AM to 11 AM on Thursday, June 13, 2024.

UPDATE: LA DOTD has updated the anticipated closure times. The Tunnel will close at 7 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2024, and reopen 5 AM on Friday, May 24, 2023. The tunnel will close again at 7 PM on Friday, May 24, 2023, and reopen at 5 AM on Saturday, May 24, 2023.

CLOSURE NOTICE FROM THE LA DOTD:

The Houma Tunnel will close for cleaning and maintenance overnight from 7 PM to 5 AM on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25, 2024.
