I’m so sorry if the fact that I suffer from “these issues “ due to the addictions of my parents, spouses, myself and my Children have effected those I love 🥺Many times over the years I have sought help…and the Therapy I’m receiving now ( Pine Rest) is speaking these words to me. I’m starting an outside class next Tuesday 11:00am the 8th. (weather permitting)at Ross Park right behind the baseball field in front of the water. Wear layers bring a blanket,water bottle and an open heart ❤️ I have so much to share as I’m sure you do too. I’ve kept up our meditation 🙄(mostly) and this month it’s been 2Samuel but by the time we meet it will be 1Kings😊 So maybe for your home work you’ll dive into 1Kings 🙏Hope to see you there . What a year eh??? But because we trust our God when he said "this to shall pass" we're back at it! I've not been called back into the Churches, LifeCircles Tangelwood or sweet Carolines yet but God closes one door and opens a HUGE gate 😲 I've decided to move forward and invite you all to a class I've been holding at my sister-in-love's place called WE love Nutrition 1 main St Freemont Sunday's at 5:30 pm. Jesus said, "In this world you will have trouble but fear not I have over come the world". Lord help us to remember that you have even this. Help us to not hold to tightly to what the world has to say but to your sovereign hand.
Due to this sensitive time I have postponed all of my "public" classes (those listed on my web site .yogamuskegon.com ) at least until the end of March. Also, "Life Circles" where we care for and "entertain" the elderly and disabled we be closed at least until the end of March. My classes there will also be postponed. I'm not doing this because I'm afraid of getting sick myself but to try to help protect those of my clients who have very compromised immune systems from possible infection. I will continue my one-on-one's and if your feeling well and have had a one-on-one with me in the past I am willing to come to you. Message me and we can set up times.
As with everything this too shall pass and God willing I'll see you back in class in April. Thank you Lord for every breath we breath; a numbered gift and miracle.

Due to side road conditions Mona Shores Schools are closed and general rule is so are my classes in that district.🙄 So we won't have our Forest Park 11:15 class this morning. However, I'm planning on running my class this evening at All Shores Wesleyan in Spring Lake tonight at 7 pm. Hope to see you there. Gods speed, love and peace be with us all 😘

Happy HOLYween 😜We won't be having class tonight due to the slushy, snowy, "costume" filled roads. For the last few years I've been hot glue gunning "Jesus loves you" to every piece of candy I give out and the best costume get's a "special" treat. Needless to say the costumes get better every year and I have to buy more candy than the last year but it's worth it!

Sorry everyone but I’m canceling class this morning my baby girl needs me.

Summer is a time of rest and rejuvenation. Those two words seem to contradict each other...the word rest implies stillness but the word rejuvenate suggests movement and change. My hope is that you find rejuvenation in your rest this summer. I'm taking a break from my beach yoga class this summer (reminder) and in resting I will be rejuvenated. Also it's vacation time 😍 From July 19th to the 28th I'll be spending time with family and friends so there will be no Yeshi yoga classes running. Classes will resume on Mon. the 29th. Scripture for meditation this month is 1 Timothy 4-8 Bodily exercise profit LITTLE.....

HOW THE APOSTLES DIED.

1. Matthew. Suffered martyrdom in Ethiopia, Killed by a sword wound.

2. Mark. Died in Alexandria, Egypt , after being dragged by Horses through the streets until he was dead.

3. Luke. Was hanged in Greece as a result of his tremendous Preaching to the lost.

4. John. Faced martyrdom when he was boiled in huge Basin of boiling oil during a wave of persecution In Rome. However, he was miraculously delivered From death.
John was then sentenced to the mines on the prison Island of Patmos. He wrote his prophetic Book of Revelation on Patmos . The apostle John was later freed and returned to serve As Bishop of Edessa in modern Turkey . He died as an old man, the only apostle to die peacefully

5. Peter. He was crucified upside down on an x shaped cross. According to church tradition it was because he told his tormentors that he felt unworthy to die In the same way that Jesus Christ had died.

6. James. The leader of the church in Jerusalem , was thrown over a hundred feet down from the southeast pinnacle of the Temple when he refused to deny his faith in Christ. When they discovered that he survived the fall, his enemies beat James to death with a fuller's club.

This was the same pinnacle where Satan had taken Jesus during the Temptation.

7. James the Son of Zebedee was a fisherman by trade when Jesus Called him to a lifetime of ministry.

As a strong leader of the church, James was beheaded at Jerusalem. The Roman officer who guarded James watched amazed as James defended his faith at his trial.

Later, the officer Walked beside James to the place of ex*****on. Overcome by conviction, he declared his new faith to the judge and Knelt beside James to accept beheading as a Christian.

8. Bartholomew. Also known as Nathaniel. He Was a missionary to Asia. He witnessed for our Lord in present day Turkey. Bartholomew was martyred for his preaching in Armenia where he was flayed to death by a whip.

9. Andrew. He Was crucified on an x-shaped cross in Patras, Greece. After being whipped severely by seven soldiers they tied his body to the cross with cords to prolong his agony.

His followers reported that, when he was led toward the cross, Andrew saluted it in these words, "I have long desired and expected this happy hour. The cross has been consecrated by the body of Christ hanging on it". He continued to preach to his tormentors For two days until he expired.

10. Thomas. He Was stabbed with a spear in India during one of his missionary trips to establish the church in the Subcontinent.

11. Jude. He Was killed with arrows when he refused to deny his faith in Christ.

12. Matthias. The apostle chosen to replace the traitor Judas Iscariot. He was stoned and then beheaded.

13. Paul. He Was tortured and then beheaded by the evil Emperor Nero at Rome in A.D. 67. Paul endured a lengthy imprisonment, which allowed him to write his many epistles to the churches he had formed throughout the Roman Empire. These letters, which taught many of the foundational Doctrines of Christianity, form a large portion of the New Testament.

Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor to compare to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles and disciples during their times For the sake of the Faith.
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

Pass on to encourage other Christians. Why Do we feel sleepy in Prayer, but stay awake through a 3 hour movie?
Why are we so bored when we look at the HOLY BOOK. But find it easy to read other books?

Why is it so easy to ignore a massage about God,
Yet we forward the nasty ones?

Why are Prayers getting smaller, but bars and clubs are expanding.

Why is it so easy to worship a celebrity, but very difficult to engage with God?

Sad to say but tomorrow mornings 10 am class at McGraff Congregational Church will be canceled due to a funeral. Also, we will be starting our Spring session Bible study starting next Tues. the 9th at 9:30 am-11:00 "The Divine Mentor" so class will be 11:15-12:30 pm for 7 weeks than go back to our regular time 10 am. There's still room come if you want :)

OK I just got the message that Forest Park Church will be closed tonight! So no class again!!! I've been thinking a lot and praying (especially this week) lately about opening my own Holy Yoga studio I have a opportunity to purchase a building down town for a VERY reasonable ridiculously low price. OK Lord, I put it out there your will be done :)

Unity line up this year is crazy good!!! I can't wait. God willing it's looking like Holy Yoga might be there too!!! 😉

Church is closed this morning so that means no class AGAIN! This is the longest I've had to cancel classes since I began teaching almost 10 years ago. I'm taking this time to be still and get in his word. I hope you are too. I miss you all. Galatians 6:17 is our meditation for the month. No more "cold" Jesus please 🥶

No class again!! I'm getting a little cabin feverish and missing all my peeps. I'll be checking in on 99yr old Ms. Bea today to make sure she's ok. She has a wonderful family that takes excellent care of her but she still lives alone. If you know someone in your neighborhood who might need some help do your yoga today and if you can go check on them. 😉 Meditation for the month is Galatians 6:17 From here on out let no one cause my anymore trouble. I pray you're ALL having an amazing summer :) Starting on the 25th of this month I will be taking my usual 2 weeks off for a time of rest and rejuvenation.
