This is a "get your s**t together" kind of week for me. I have been slacking and slowly but surely getting behind on the little things...that are now big things with deadlines! SO, I'm going to get it together, but my babes are going to help me sweat it out on the mat. Exercise is SO good for you physically, mentally, and emotionally, but I don't need to tell you that. You know! So (in the words of Nike) just do it!! Get in your car, drive to me, and I PROMISE you will not regret it. Buti is medicine.
