First NARPM Capitol Summit in the books! Today we ventured to Capitol Hill to advocate for property managers and our clients. Sarah Pamula Hatch and I had the opportunity to sit down with Sen. Mark Warner's office to discuss proposed legislation and their positive effects on our investors and industry if passed. I walked about 20,000 steps (Jeff Wright had the swell idea to walk from the hotel😆) and DC was as beautiful as ever. Just a gorgeous February day in our Nation's capital with some of the best PM professionals I know.😊
