The West Branch-Rose City School announces the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program for children. Free meals will be made available to children 18 years of age and under or persons up to age 26 who are enrolled in an educational program for the mentally or physically disabled that is recognized by a State or local public educational agency. The meals will be provided without regard to race, color, national origin, age, s*x, or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided at the site(s) listed below:

5th grade graduation! Thank you Rose City Cafe for having us! We had a wonderful lunch. Then headed to the park for cupcakes, certificates, and playing in the new splash pad! Thank you family and friends for attending! It was a great day!

5th grade photos from New Life Camp! (I will add 3rd graders shortly! )
3rd and 5th graders visited New Life Camp! We were able to go down the zipline, climb the rock wall, play on the playground, complete a scavenger hunt, do team building activities, play in the gym and have a picnic lunch! It was a great day!

3rd grade visited the Ogemaw Court House and participated in celebrating children’s victims awareness and learned about the judicial system by doing a mock trial.
Huron Community Bank visited 3rd grade and taught us about the importance of saving.

3rd graders are using the UFLI Phonics Program! Students used roll and read to practice compound words and then used that to play Guess Who! Learning and having fun its a win-win combination!
Third graders started Friday off by writing notes to each other, telling them how awesome they are!
