Today is National Day of Racial Healing, which means it's a day for ALL of us to think about from racism on a personal and communal scale.
Receiving a higher education is a way for our scholars to heal from historic and generational trauma by building a better life for themselves. When you, our friends and allies, learn about the systemic barriers Native people face and support our student's education, you are positively impacting a cycle of healing. Healing is possible, when we do it together.

Who are the women featured in our publication "Women Advancing Knowledge Equity: The Parliament of the World's Religions"?
The third chapter introduces us to Jennifer Howe Peace, her chapter "Interfaith Outreach as 'Basic Christianity'" was authored by Jonathan Eder. Jennifer Howe Peace is the first to hold the position of associate professor of Interfaith Studies at Andover Newton Theological School where she cofounded and co-directed the Center for Interreligious and Communal Leadership Education. Dr. Peace is the founding co-chair of the “Interreligious and Interfaith Studies Group” at the American Academy of Religion.
