Come see Birdie in action at the Gumbo Fest at Centennial Plaza on Saturday, 11/18/23! Admission is free. We won't be entering the competition, but Birdie will be selling Crawfish Mac & Cheese, Shrimp & Grits, Beignets and our specialty egg rolls--Monday Rolls and Cajun Rolls! We'll be serving 10-4 or until we run out!! It's Birdie's first festival, come support us!

Join Gulfport Main Street Association and the City of Gulfport - Mayor's Office for the 2nd Annual Gumbo Fest Presented by Mitchell Distributing and Chandeleur Island Brewing Company Saturday November 18th on the grounds of Centennial Plaza from 7am-4pm. Enjoy Bloody Marys and Beignets early while watching teams compete in the Stir the Roux Gumbo Cook off. Cheer on multiple Gulf Coast Mayors as they compete for bragging rights in the annuals Mayors Cup Competition. Shop Arts and crafts vendors, Taste Lots of GUMBO as well as local food trucks and Cuisine all while enjoying entertainment by The Daywalkers and Rockin Dopsie and the Twisted Sisters.
