Kosher Diet Delivery

The wait is over! We're pleased to announce that Kosher Diet Delivery is now available to the Lakewood, NJ community!

We are pleased to announce that this year, as always, our meals will be Kosher for Passover.

As our kitchen facilities will be closed and work is not permitted on certain days, we will be modifying our delivery schedule as follows:

There will be NO DELIVERY SERVICE for Monday and Tuesday March 29 and 30.
There will be NO DELIVERY SERVICE for Monday April 5.
We will resume delivery service on Tuesday April 6.

As the holiday approaches, you may notice that we will soon begin making changes to our menus and ingredients as we begin the process of koshering our facilities for Passover. We will always try to adhere to any special requests you may have but certain requests will not be possible.

As of Monday, March 22 all meals served will be Kosher for Passover.

If you wish to suspend or modify your delivery program for Passover, it's important that we hear from you in advance. We would appreciate as much advance notice as possible but not later than 5pm on Tuesday 3/23.

Next Tuesday night marks the beginning of the 9 day period of mourning which end with a day of fasting on Tisha B'Av, Thursday 7/30. As always, please remember that our policy with regard to fast days is to deliver meals unless otherwise instructed. If you do not wish to receive meals for Tisha B'Av, it is important that you contact us no later than 5pm on Monday 7/27 to suspend your delivery.

Because Jewish law forbids eating meat or poultry during the nine days, we will plan menus that are paerve or dairy unless you advise us that you wish to receive meat during the 9 days. Also, please understand that if you have many meal preferences against such items as eggs, beans, cheese, tofu and fish, it may not be possible for us to adhere to your preferences 100% while maintaining a dairy or paerve program during the 9 days. If you are unsure about your preferences, or if you wish to eat meat during the 9 days, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review your program together.

As the high holidays are approaching, please take a moment to review our special holiday delivery schedule. Each year, we take measures to ensure the minimum possible disruption of service. This year, because Erev Rosh Hashannah and Erev Sukkot fall on a Sunday, there will be a number of days where there can be no delivery service as our facilities will be closed and work is not permitted.

Rosh Hashannah
There will be NO DELIVERY SERVICE for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9/10, 9/11, and 9/12.

Yom Kippur
All meals for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9/18, 9/19 and 9/20 will be delivered together. If you do not wish to receive meals for 9/19 or 9/20, please contact us not later than Wednesday 9/12 by 5pm.

Sukkot
There will be NO DELIVERY SERVICE for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9/24, 9/25 and 9/26.
There will be NO DELIVERY SERVICE for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 10/1, 10/2 and 10/3.

We look forward to resuming normal delivery service with meals for Thursday, 10/4.

Please be advised that in observance of Shavout, our offices and kitchen facilities will be closed on Sunday and Monday May 20 and 21. As a result, there will be NO MEAL SERVICE for Monday and Tuesday May 21 and 22. We will resume with normal delivery service on Wednesday, May 23.

Please remember Satuday 9/30 is Yom Kippur. If you are normally scheduled to receive meals on Saturdays and do not wish to receive a delivery for Yom Kippur it is important that you let us know right away unless you have already done so.

Due to the observance of Sukkot, the following special delivey schedule will be followed:

All meals for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10/4, 10/5 and 10/6 will be made together.
There will be no meal service for Saturday and Sunday 10/7 and 10/8.
All meals for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10/11, 10/12 and 10/13 will be made together.
There will be no meal service for Saturday and Sunday 10/14 and 10/15.
We will resume our normal delivery schedule with meals for Monday 10/16.

There will be some days where delivery is not possible and others where more than one day of meals will be delivered together.

If you need to suspend delivery during pesach please don't wait until the last minute to do so. Knowing well in advance which of our clients will be wanting meals over the holiday helps us get through the logistical challenges that Passover poses for us each year.

Tomorrow evening marks the beginning of the 9 day period of mourning which end with a day of fasting on Tisha B'Av, Sunday August 14. As always, please remember that our policy with regard to fast days is to deliver meals unless otherwise instructed. If you do not wish to receive meals for Tisha B'Av, it is important that you contact us no later than 3pm on Wednesday 8/10 to suspend your delivery.

Pesach is here! Please take note of the following special holiday delivery schedule.

Effective with meals for 4/20 all meals will be Kosher for Passover through 5/2.

There will be NO DELIVERY for Monday 4/25.

All meals for 4/28, 4/29 and 4/30 will be delivered together.

There will be no meals delivered for Sunday 5/1.

We will resume normal delivery with meals for Monday 5/2.

We will do our best to adhere to any special requests you have made but please understand that due to passover restrictions, certain requests will not be possible.

The Fast of Esther and Purim are upon us. Clients wishing to suspend their deliveries for Wednesday must call by 3pm Friday. The cutoff for suspending meals for Thursday is 10am on Monday!

Because Rosh Hashanah begins at sundown on this coming Sunday, September 13, we will be deviating from our normal delivery schedule as follows.

All meals for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, September 14, 15 and 16 will be made together by sundown on Sunday. To ensure that all clients receive their delivery before sundown, we will need a delivery window from approximately 12pm to 630pm. If you wish to suspend delivery for any or all of these days, please contact us not later than close of business on Thursday 9/10.

Because these meals will be delivered early, it's important that somebody take them in before yom tov... If nobody will be able to bring the meals in, we recommend taking these days off.

Also, due to Yom Kippur which begins at sundown on Tuesday 9/22, we will also be making a triple delivery on the evening of 9/21 with the meals for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9/22, 9/23 and 9/24.

If you wish to take off for Yom Kippur, please contact us no later than Thursday 9/17.
