Lavender essential oil is one of the best known scents to help promote sleep. Lavender is often used in pillow sprays for this reason. Does it actually help?
Research shows that it does, it's essential oil's key components like linalool, linalyl acetate and camphor alleviate anxiety and help with calmness by affecting the body's fight or flight response. This promotes relaxation, easing restlessness and aggression to make it easier to fall asleep.

I’m reverse engineering this popular lotion. I’ll be uploading a video comparing the two. I LOVE the light texture this naturally compliant co-emulsifier creates. TegoCare PS also known as Emulsan is PEG-free and I’ll be debuting new facial products with it.
I don’t care for the soaping effect this Brand X has. My gosh, it goes on and on. 👎
I’m going to be using this decadent emulsifier in my spring and summer body butters!🫶 🌞😉

My military family and my teen sons are requesting products for oily/blemished face and body care.
This is where I’ll be using apple fruit extracts and blue tansy essential oil.
Blue Tansy is one of our precious oils known for its calming and clarifying properties. It has a herbaceous aroma with sweet apple-like undertones.
Blue tansy essential oil is also referred to as Moroccan tansy. It is an annual, yellow-flowered Mediterranean plant found in northern Morocco.
Chamazulene, a chemical component in Blue Tansy, provides the essential oil’s characteristic indigo color.
Emotionally, Blue Tansy helps support high self-esteem and boosts confidence!! 👍 We are all about building confidence!

Hello my beautiful friends.
I want to explain why I haven’t been posting as much on my page. My family had a medical emergency out of state.
Unfortunately, I had to miss two craft shows. I’m sorry that I couldn’t be there.
On a more positive note: I have two new products that passed my rigorous stability testing. They are now in a lab for preservative efficacy testing.🌿
Here is a picture of one of my boys from 2014 when I was testing different COSMOs natural surfactants with my mentor who is known globally. for COSMOs natural standard shampoos, body washes and bubble bath formulas.

I’m finally feeling better and back to doing what I LOVE the most Blossom.
Are any of my followers wanting tips or help with formulating? I’m curious because some of the DIY facebook groups are giving terrible advice on making cosmetics. I recently saw a post recommending 22% Preservative in their formula! I also saw another post about making avocado butter with a smashed up avocado and mixing it with Shea butter. 🤢Oh, and the ones promoting this garbage are also selling their recipes. 😬
I’m addressing these concerns here on my page. I see so many formulators following Youtube videos, DIY cosmetics Facebook groups who are selling “recipes” that are NOT properly formulated!! Just because someone sells a book, ebook, or a formula doesn’t mean it’s a stable safe formula. I sold my sudsy putty formula in 2015 and now it’s almost in every DIY cosmetic group in a free file. I have never cared for cornstarch in bath products but I guess if you change one ingredient you can now claim it’s your own formula. Cheaper is not always better and I strive to make the best products for our skin. 🩷The reason I duplicated Lush’s bubble dough was for my youngest son who is on the spectrum. He has sensitive skin and allergic to harsh surfactants that most skincare companies use. This is one of the reasons I started my own plant based company.
If you need help or advice let’s connect. I remember when I first started in 2012 and made formulation errors. That’s alright because that’s how we learn and grow. 🌱
