Active or days are a great way to stretch sore muscles without making them more sore.

This was a slow jog and walk with my lazy pup 🐢. Having a step counter or a free gps tracker like helps keep you motivated.

"So this is pretty big for me. The months ago I decided to get back to myself and have been enjoying my journey. The right is mid June and the left in the same shirt this morning now mid September. I'm feeling leaner, healthier less knee issues and just happier getting back to me. Still a long road ahead but looking forward to more results. ❀️"

This was at the end of September, and now after a guided maintenance period, Q is starting her second cut this January. Plan is to continue getting Lean with !
