An exciting first-of-its kind tool developed through your donations and a collaboration between Komen, Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC) Research Foundation and the Milburn Foundation could help doctors diagnose inflammatory breast cancer. IBC often does not present as a lump, making it harder to spot on a mammogram. Instead, people notice symptoms such as a rash or swelling, which can easily be confused with a breast infection. IBC is aggressive and delays in diagnosis can contribute to poorer outcomes. Read more about the accessible online tool in this article from Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine. https://bit.ly/3WbIATj
