The start of trimming out 20 windows. Removing the old trim, cutting back the siding, insulating, resealing and install new trim. Along with some painting.

Carpenter ants& rot made the bottom sill non exist. Little ingenuity goes a long way. The black trim along the bottom. Ready makes this barn pop

Been slacking on the updates. Due to improper framing this barn roof. Was sagging and way out of wack. Wasn’t easy getting it all straightened out. With the beam In place it’ll eliminate the sheer factor. With the way it was originally framed.

Rebuilt some barn doors. And installed some new trim around this barn. What a difference.

Frost is no joke. It got to this barn. But we got it all squeezed back together and we’ll put some new footings in. Stay tuned.

Small emergency job for a lady, the roof had been stripped and dried in. Her roofer bailed. So before 2 inches of rain. We got the job done. Not a big fan of 3 tab shingles. It works tho.

Replaced 20’ of rotten fascia & old gutter. In Rockland today. Looks 100 times better.
