A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE:
· Convey and communicate all information regarding service issues, customer issues and tech issues that should be escalated to the branch manager, service manager or any departments for action or resolution
· Review technician paperwork for accurate billing (lifts, cranes, refrigerant, purchases, truck stock, labor hours, etc.)
· Provide feedback to the Branch Manager on technician performance and compliance to customer expectations
· Work between departments and processes to ensure service work orders/clients are set up properly
· Provide feedback on continuous process improvement for efficiency and accuracy
· Update open work order reports to give the most current, real-time update to the customer
· Maintain an accurate materials list for SP sites and report any equipment discrepancies
· Issue purchase orders for service materials, truck stock, and tools using standard procedures
· Promote safety policies with the field employees
· Support Branch Manager(s) and/or Field Supervisor(s) as needed
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DISPATCHER / CUSTOMER SERVICE
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products
• Customer service skills
• ComputerEase
• Communicating effectively with other departments and personnel, both Internal and external
• Great attitude and sense of humor to create a positive influence and a first-class client experience
• Ability to provide high level support to clients and the Field Team through problem solving and decision-making
• Very detail-oriented, accurate, efficient, and possess problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Ability to monitor and manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment
• Be able to pass a background/drug testing.
• Also have a clean driving record.
Experience in an administrative or customer service position is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the HVAC industry would be a plus. Can you effectively manage various tasks? Are you organized and attentive to detail? Do you enjoy data entry? Are you service-oriented? Do you have top-notch time management skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level administrative position!

This entry-level HVAC administrative position is full-time works in our office from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM on Monday – Friday.
We are seeking out a parts runner/warehouse operator. The job entails driving and delivering parts to outside technicians at job sites, receive and track parts, and organize and clean the warehouse. The individual needs to be able to work 40 hours a week (7am-4pm M-F), valid drivers license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, able to drive a forklift is a plus, and be able to pass a drug test. Someone who is reliable, a team player, and has great communication skills. This job would be great for someone with HVAC experience or looking to get HVAC experience.
